Access to and the use of " Who Wanna Be Famous.com" website (Herein known as "WWBF) is provided subject to these terms and conditions. If you are not in agreement with the rules and conditions of this website please choose "I do not accept" Any computer software downloadable otherwise available from the WWBF website is licensed subject to the terms of the applicable license agreement. The materials and features included on the WWBF website are subject to change without notice.
1. The Information, Artwork, Audio, Video, Pictures or Text (collectively "Materials)" contained on the WWBF website are protected by copyright laws. you may not modify or use the materials for any other purpose accept to view from the WWBF website unless given written permission from the WWBF organization. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, post or transmit any materials on the WWBF website.
2. If participant's video, audio or pictures are damaged beyond repair prior to reception by WWBF, you will be contacted to promptly resend your package or. WWBF assumes no responsibility for postage on damaged returns.
3. In the event that participant receives income equal to or more than the sum of $1000 USD, from direct documented contact through, or solicitation on WWBF website, you the participant agree to pay WWBF network a one time fee of 15% of that initial income as "Finders FEE." WWBF is not a licensed agency and is not obligated to provide employment and will Pay No royalties fees what so ever.
4. You forfeit all ownership rights to any physical materials once received by WWBF. (All physical items received by WWBF from participant become property of WWBF and will not be returned.) WWBF makes no claim of ownership to the underlying content or intellectual property contained therein.
5. You the participants are fully responsible for performance rights, statements and objects shown and stated in your performance clips and artworks sent to the WWBF website.
6. WWBF materials will be posted in the order they are received. Due the high volume of requests for video and audio clips, participants will allow 180 days from the reception date before full refund, if requested (minus shipping and handling).
7. WWBF does not guarantee the success or failure of its participants. Participants submitting materials to the WWBF website are occupying leased space on the WWBF website to be exposed to the viewers of the WWBF website.
8. WEB LINKS POLICY - The websites listed or linked to the WWBF website are not affiliated with WWBF. WWBF assumes no responsibility or liability for communications or materials available at such linked websites
9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY - The services, information, and data (Collectively, "Information") made available at the WWBF website is provided "as is" without warranties other than what is expressly stated herein. WBBF shall provide allotted time for paid subscriptions only.

reserves the right to refuse to post any submitted material in whole or in part, for any reason at any time.
